We are looking for motivated manufacturing production associates to work with a client that manufactures foam products in the Louisburg area
This is a great opportunity with a growing company that offers weekends off, overtime, and the opportunity to become permanent.
- $15.00/hour plus overtime
- Monday-Thursday with some Friday’s based on production
- NO WEEKENDS!
- 3rd Shift 6PM-6AM
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance after 30 days!
What You’ll Do As A Conversion Production Associate
- Manufacturing foam and rubber products
- Set up, retool, and oversee variety of machines monitoring for close tolerance
- Oversee close tolerance calibrations on each machine
- Calculate and document production levels and machine performance
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Use calipers and micrometers
- Understand manufacturing practices
- Wear PPE as required
- Pass an eye exam
- Use basic math skills
- Lift 50 lbs consistently
- Have previous manufacturing experience
