Off-Road Camper Production Specialist
WCI llc. – North Salt Lake, UT 84054
WCI manufactures world-class, composite off-road camping trailers. Our flexible schedule allows for extended weekends and a work/life balance while learning a new trade.
We are looking for dedicated employees who are career oriented and motivated to work in an exciting and growing industry. Composite manufacturing experience is beneficial, but with strong teamwork and the drive to succeed we are willing to train and invest in you. Preference will be given to individuals who can read, interpret, and follow direction in the form of instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
By joining our family, you will be able to develop and apply the following skills:
- Follow written and verbal instructions, read travelers and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Cut fabrics and composite materials to design using knives, and shears.
- Prepare, form, and create high quality composite parts from raw materials.
- Create bonded assemblies by determining proper placement of composite materials into molds.
- Place vacuum and bags over parts and tools, and test for leaks.
- Prepare fabricated parts and surfaces for paint.
- Must have knowledge of basic shop math skills.
Preferred experience:
- Composites manufacturing and education a huge plus!
Required language:
- Read and Speak English

Education:
● High school or equivalent (Preferred)
● Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
● Attention to Detail
● Ability to read a tape measure
● Punctuality
● Carpentry or building experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
