We are looking for office admin help 3-6 days a week from 4- 8 pm or 5-9 pm. Maybe some mornings too?

The person we are looking for must LOVE small dogs because our home office in the Acreage has several small dogs, and I am looking for a long-term work relationship.

Office work for House and Hound Care Pet Sitting:

- Pleasant personality and attention to detail are a must

- Answering phone calls/text messages to our clients and pet sitters

- Social media posting

- Onboarding new clients and new pet sitters, scheduling pet sitting and dog walking on our software. We will train you to use our pet sitting software.

We are particularly looking for somebody who is willing and able to take full responsibility for answering our office phone for seven (7) days out of each month. Clients may contact us for last-minute service or a pet sitter has an emergency even after regular business hours. In this business, we can not ignore calls, and I need someone to cover the phone for one full week per month. The office phone is a mobile, so you would be able to keep it with you rather than being tied to an office line.

There is an opportunity in the future to take on more hours and responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
