Office Administrator
Job description
Pay$18 to $20 an hour
Monday-Thursday 9am to 5pm
Friday 9am to 1pm total of 32 hours per week
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of areas to include Scheduling, Calendar, Quickbooks and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Team Leader, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company's general administrative activities. We are seeking a professional, organized individual with great customer service skills, must be detailed oriented and have excellent computer skills.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Word, Power point, Outlook, and Excel; and other basic online software platforms. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant, this could be a good fit. A successful Administrative Assistant should ensure there is an efficient and smooth day-to-day operation within our office.
Daily Duties of Office Administrator
- Scheduler a plus
- Calendar a plus
- QuickBooks a plus
- Perform data entry and form processing
- General Filing and Knowledge Management
- Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone, in-person, and email correspondence
- Craft and respond to Business correspondence of various types and forms spanning across multiple business and customer functions.

- Your must have a Associates or Bachelors Degree for this positions
- Must be able to count, read, write, understand and follow instructions in English
- Good documentation and organizational skills
- Two years’ experience in customer service
- Highly motivated, results oriented and dependable
- Strong presentation, communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
