ServiceMaster Recovery by Close, the leading company in the cleaning and restoration industry, is looking to expand their staff. We are seeking someone who is self motivated and wants to help people who have experienced fire and water damage at their home or business. We are looking for the right person to assist in managing of restoration claims, crews, scheduling, estimates and managing all branch claims. We prefer someone with experience but will train the right candidate .

Our Syracuse New York Office needs needs an administrator. Job duties include but are not limited too:

- Take first notice of loss from home and business owners who have experienced fire or water damage.

- Take phone inquires about company's services and procedures

- Schedule appointments and maintain schedule for project management and production staff located in Rochester and Syracuse New York.

- Customer follow up calls

- Accounts receivable management

- Accounts Payable

- Compile an invoices from the data given

- CRM management

Required skills:

- Personable with great phone skills. The ability to gain a persons trust over the phone.

- Team player, you will be working with a large office staff that is located through out New York State.

- Strong problem solver, think critically.

- Ability to multi task and recognize what is a priority.

- Great computer skills to include Quickbooks, Microsoft office and Chrome. Knowledge of Xactimate, Mica, Dash, Clerk of the works, T&M Pro would be a huge plus.
