This is a Full-time position (M-F from 8am-5pm).

Dayspring Restoration (a partner company of FLEET Response) is a leading disaster restoration and cleaning company servicing the entire state of Montana for over 30 years. Our seven locations in Bozeman, Butte, Helena, Hamilton, Great Falls, Kalispell, and Missoula make us the largest restoration company in the state! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Invoice customers and collect customer payments
• Maintain customer account information in job management system and job files
• Initiate follow up calls to customers re: job progress and satisfaction
• Provide occasional back-up call support for customer intake team
• Review and code payable invoices for processing by accounting team
  

• Execute lien and lien release processes
• Purchase order administration

• Assist with office and shop supply ordering and restocking
  

• Assist HR with basic new employee onboarding
• Assist HR and accounting with benefit paperwork administration, Work Comp initial claim process, etc.
  
• Organize employee travel (per diem processing and hotel arrangements as needed)
  
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 1-2+ years office experience, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Accounts payable and receivable experience a plus but not required
• Fast, accurate data entry skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, reliable, organized, and responsive
  
• Demonstrates ability to complete a multitude of tasks with minimal supervision
