Epic Health Partners is seeking an Office Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, office support, and assist individuals who receive behavioral health services. This position is located in Richmond, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist individuals with completing documents
  • Add individuals to EHR and maintain client files
  • Complete data entry and upload documents
  • Manage reports
  • Assist with internal and external correspondence
  • Receive and distribute faxes
  • Light housekeeping duties
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to enter data proficient
  • Knowledge of working in an EHR
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and the internet
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Detailed oriented and Organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic filing procedures

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service
  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED
  • Associates degree preferred

Pay: $17.00 per hour
