We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Office Cleaner. The ideal candidate for this position must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The cleaner will be responsible for cleaning offices, examination rooms, bathrooms, break rooms, and public areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

You will be cleaning an 2 office locations to start and possibly a 3rd office depending on performance. Office cleaning is after business hours so a typical shift is 730 PM to 12 AM (this is flexible and may change).

Tasks:

Perform general cleanup of all areas of the buildings as directed and necessary

Damp mop all non-carpeted areas nightly

Vaccum all carpeted areas nightly

Wipe down all hard surfaces nightly ensuring all surfaces in the office are sanitized and clean (desks, counters, tables, door ways, file cabinets, and more)

Ensuring patient lobby at all offices are clean and sanitized including floors, chairs, hard surfaces, doors, windows, etc.

Complete non-routine cleaning if requested or needed

Empty all trash cans and other delegated trash in offices, take outside to dumpster, and replace with new bags (break down and dispose boxes, items labeled trash, etc)

Ensure all paper product dispensers, soap dispensers, and other daily used sanitary items are full

Clean/disinfect/restock all office bathrooms including floors, toilets, sinks, all surfaces, etc.

Communicating cleaning and supply inventory and needs to the Administrator weekly if not monthly.

Skills and Requirements:

2+ years janitorial experience

Willingness to work evening/night shifts

Ability to work well under minimal supervision

Capacity to take direction

Strong attention to detail

Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds as necessary

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: From $450.00 per week

• Janitorial experience: 2 years (Preferred)
