BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is hiring Customer Service Agents for our office in Hicksville, NY 11108.
APPLICANTS MUST BE FULLY COVID-19 VACCINATED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 8AM to 4PM, M-F
The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Ability to multi-task (example: entering data while talking on the phone).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong data entry skills with an eye for details.
- Call center (inbound or outbound) and / or retail customer service experience preferred.
