The Capital Branch of Equitable Advisors has been a constant in the DC Metro, Maryland and Virginia communities for over 80 years. Situated in, and reflective of the communities they serve, our offices in Maryland (Columbia) and Virginia (Falls Church, Richmond, Roanoke) house over 200 Financial Professionals and Staff support members and have an additional 50+ team members integrated throughout the region.
The Richmond, VA office is seeking a part time detail-oriented/multi-tasking Office Coordinator. This person will report directly to the local Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Front desk coverage
- Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
- Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance
- New Business processing
- Assist in tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding/Ops Manager)
- Ordering study materials for candidates who are testing
- Order pantry and office supplies
- Stock copiers/fax machines
- Miscellaneous projects. to include submitting bills through Ariba
This is a Part time Non- Exempt position.
Hours are Monday- Friday, 1pm-5pm, Richmond, Virginia Office

Other Qualfications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in business is preferred
- Able to work closely with both the leadership team and advisors
- Ability to function independently and work well with a team
- Proactive decision-making skills
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Communication skills
