NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Office Coordinator

Are you searching for a position that will appreciate your outstanding administrative skills? Sevita Health currently is looking for someone like you to join their Neurorestorative team in Exton, PA!
This full time position is in a pleasant and quiet office close to malls, restaurants and highways. You will have the opportunity to use your skills, independent thinking and creativity in support of a professional clinical field staff. The field staff provide reeducation and support to people who have suffered a traumatic brain injury, stroke, autism or other cognitive related challenges.
Duties include:
  • Facilitate our Monthly Report process
  • Process Checks twice a month
  • Provide clerical support to the program director, field staff and office staff
  • Book travel when needed
  • Process reports for client and staff
  • Assemble training and client materials
  • Answer direct phone calls promptly and take messages if appropriate
  • Receive and process medical record requests
  • Monitor and order all office supplies including washroom supplies (Exton Office)
  • Receive and distribute mail (Exton Office)
  • Monitor and take care of all office equipment including printers, postage machine, check processing machine, phones and computers
  • Organize and plan Exton quarterly staff meetings
  • Create and mail out employee badges
  • Weekly meetings with your supervisor
Qualifications:


  • Associates degree in related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
