Real estate investment group seeking an energetic, reliable candidate to handle duties as an office manager. Creative boutique firm with multiple ventures in commercial property management and residential investment projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations through coordination and ensuring continuity of tasks on a daily basis in the office and on-site projects.
  • Review project details with the owner and do necessary coordination for all involved in the project.
  • Help and coordinate with the accounting department as the need arises.
  • Identify and communicate with vendors whose services or products are needed for project execution and eventual maintenance.
  • Assist in review of Lease Agreements, rents, and tenants' concerns.
  • Monitor and set schedule of owner for meetings and inspections.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog language.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Office located in Sherman Oaks at Sepulveda and Burbank. Secured free parking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
