***Candidates with automotive accounting experience strongly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead front office management process and staff, including day-to-day operations, in collaboration with Controller and other store managers needs
  • Streamline auto dealer systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintenance, scheduling meetings, and preparing financial statements
  • Make sure dealership accounting office and auto finance policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards
  • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a professional representative of our dealership management team
  • Perform additional office administration duties, as needed
  • Answering phones
  • Data entry

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in office management is required - automobile dealership experience is strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Highly organized with eagerness to improve
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
  • Friendly and personable
  • Business casual attire
  • Work with all levels of employees
