Medical / Dental Office Manager

Patient focused, passionate, state of the art dental team is looking for a front office leader/manager who can think outside the box, inspire, lead, and deliver excellence.

As our perfect match you:

• Are responsible for independent management, supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team
• Manage and oversee recordkeeping, mail distribution, patient reception, scheduling, billing, and other office support services
• Oversee maintenance and custodial operations
• Provide direct support to the Owner/Doctor to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service
• Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position

Your history likely shows:

• 2+ yearsof office management experience
• Bachelor’s degree/other required education
• Background in clinical office setting/administrative office setting
• Strong organizational and administrative skills – you see what needs to be done and do it
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others
• Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
