Seattle Dental Care is an out of network dental office located near Pike Place Market. We are seeking a highly organized and dependent Office Manager who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate for this position knows how to handle emergencies and keep the office running smoothly. The Office Manager will also be in charge of managing a team of staffs, and must be capable of multitasking effectively to ensure the team gets all important tasks done with efficiency.

• Oversee daily operation of the office
• Oversee and report daily/weekly/monthly production to OD
• Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, events, and special projects.
• Maintain efficiencies in scheduling for goal achievement and coding of daily claims for service rendered and collection efforts.
• End of day reporting
• Manage inventory, and maintain records
• Oversee implementation of company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
