Our window cleaning company is hiring an Office Manager. Our Office Manager will help us continue to grow our business and this office position has a great impact on our team's success. The Office Admin team is dedicated, and fun and offers a team-building approach to running the office.

WHAT WE OFFER OUR OFFICE MANAGERS/ADMINISTRATORS:

  • Competitive yearly salary ranging from $60,000 - $70,000

MORE ABOUT THIS OFFICE MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR POSITION:

  • Work from the office assisting with the phones and emails as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by responding to any escalating issues
  • Assist with scheduling, invoicing, processing payments, manage google reviews
  • Train Customer Service Reps
  • Human Resource tasks such as running payroll, administering assessments updating records, and more
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage any projects and assignments as needed
  • Help keep employee retention high, listen to employee needs and concerns, organize company events, and more

THE OFFICE MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR SHOULD:

  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Have a working knowledge of spreadsheets, docs, and more
