Company Overview Foley Entertainment Group LLC, a service organization that oversees the Foley portfolio of entertainment properties, that includes the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, the AHL’s Henderson Silver Knights, the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, the Dollar Loan Center and several other entertainment and hospitality-focused entities. The Dollar Loan Center is a 6,000-seat multi-purpose venue located in Henderson, Nevada that will host a variety of events including sports, concerts, family shows, community programming and private events of all types. The Dollar Loan Center will serve as the game day home of the Henderson Silver Knights and the newest professional indoor football franchise the Vegas Knight Hawks. Responsibilities for Safety and Security Officer • Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of the facility and designated areas • Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures • Identify potential safety and/or security risks, and respond, mitigate, and report accordingly • Controlling traffic by directing drivers and pedestrians during times of high volume • Complete incident reports and required documentation for all safety and security related incidents • Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing secure zones within the building (ID badges and passes) • Proactively assist visitors and linemates while exhibiting the best in customer service skills • Demonstrate good judgement and quickly identify best course of action for dealing with dangerous or demanding situations • Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed, and make appropriate internal notifications • Monitor alarms, CCTV, and security surveillance systems • Assist facility operations staff in securing an area during a maintenance emergency, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related collaborative tasks as needed • Maintain professional and effective relationships with local law enforcement and fire department • Actively assist and assume responsibility for the receipt and delivery of all mail/packages arriving at The Dollar Loan Center • Maintain all associated documentation and record keeping for package delivery and visitation logs • Assist Linemates with the coordination of shipping all mail/packages leaving The Dollar Loan Center • Assist with the creation and implementation of various safety and security training plans • Assist with annual, semi-annual, or bi-annual safety and security refresher trainings for Linemates.

Qualifications for Safety and Security Officer • High school diploma or GED required • 2+ years’ experience in security field, law enforcement or equivalent • Must be at least 21 years old • Ability to pass a background check • Must possess strong customer service skills • Ability to stay level-headed and respond quickly and appropriately in stressful situations • Strong written and oral communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups • Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed • Must possess patience. Sometimes it is necessary to spend extended periods of time standing and observing, or complete security functions that are repetitive • Must have fundamental working knowledge of basic security techniques Foley Entertainment Group, LLC. is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
