The On-Time Assistant position is an opportunity to develop skills in production pertaining to the printing industry.
This is a part-time position.
Obtaining this position will allow the perfect individual to explore a career in a thriving production environment. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about accuracy and thoroughness above all else, is able to move between many differing tasks, and is able to stay organized at all times.
Types of Duties and Projects an On-Time Assistant will work on include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with various departments to achieve production goals
- Follow all safety requirements, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job functions related to working with dies, inks, toners, or chemicals.
- Maintain quality standards for all work performed.
- Follow instructions via supervisor or provided paperwork
- Packaging and finishing products before shipping
- Use Timeclock and Epicor system correctly.
- Communicate effectively with team to achieve successful outcomes
- Other duties as assigned
