Objective

Process items for online orders in a timely and efficient manner, ship and store products following guidelines and procedures, work in a team environment to accomplish goals, strive to meet daily/weekly production targets.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

• Write product titles, descriptions and prepare image files utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) friendly practices.
• Post product listings to eCommerce sales platform.
• Verify product detail pages using online search tools and comparing product to similar items.
• Proofread product listings to ensure all product information is correct to best of knowledge.
• Proofread listings for spelling and grammar.
• Fill out Excel sheets using guidelines to create product listings.
• Handle day-to-day tasks involved with preparing and posting items for sale to online store following established guidelines.
• Unpack items for processing and manage product inventory in warehouse and storage area.
• Work with supervisor on competitive product pricing and management of inventory levels.
• Package products for shipping according to established guidelines.
• Create an accurate shipping label and complete daily assigned shipping orders.
• Assist teammates in all aspects of online store order item processing and shipping.
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to process information/merchandise through eCommerce computer systems
• Great attitude with friendly personality
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation
• Ability to freely access and move or handle merchandise throughout the store including selling floor, stock, processing, and shipping areas
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to assist in running the online store
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
