Onsite Maintenance Technician
Job description
PPM is looking for a Full-Time, Onsite Maintenance Technician for senior apartment communities in Rogers, AR. Compensation agreement would include 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in addition to hourly wage.
40 hours per week. Some additional emergency night & weekend work required.
Must have your own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
Right person must have general skills in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, & electrical. Good organization & communication skills necessary.
