Job Title: Onsite Project Manager

Location: Houston,TX (Onsite)

Description:

 Bachelor or Masters Engineering Degree Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or I&CE  18-25 years’ experience Domain experience from Chemical or Petrochemical industries or Refinery. Even onshore Oil and Gas industry experience will suffice with back ground of leading project or interface or engineering management during execution .  A dedicated program manager (based out in USA) for client engagement for Management of Change (MOC) type of projects (small expense and CAPEX projects) for various sites.  Responsible for account management and growth of account across various sites with technical, management and finance numbers savvy.  Should be a client managing person. Should be capable to bring the forecast projects in LTTS kitty and find every single business opportunities by working very closely with client and timely exhibiting LTTS capabilities in different business avenues – client pain points and operability and maintainability , precomm. & Commissioning supports , modularization engineering , lifecycle asset management objectives related and issues faced at plant sites , this includes data management , reliability , sustainability , digitalization ,digital twin, technical & design safety , risk assessment , maintenance, compliance , statutory and regulatory , cost estimation services, i3PDS, latest code implementation related projects , meeting environmental norms , zero carbon emission projects , zero discharge projects , renewable energy projects, alternate energies , document management , laser scanning and as building jobs , etc. over and above routine MOC ( revamp – replacement – TA-expansion – debottlenecking – optimization – modifications etc.) & PHA study outcome projects .  Connect with client managers and sales account relationship manager to achieve department growth plans e.g., Implement the new sites to scale up program, for various program level commercial & contractual discussions and help the onsite engineers at various sites to make them successful in their respective jobs.  Extend support and travel to client plants on needs from onsite engineers or client managers for activities like SOW finalization, new project discussion, plant walkthrough (along with the onsite engineer), rolling out the program to new sites of client, recruitment and on-boarding of onsite engineers, management review meetings, support for estimation for various jobs, relationship with various project managers of client across USA, etc.  Onsite Program Manager will a first point of escalation for customer/ client’s managers locally here in the USA.  Onsite Program Manager will work very closely with onsite engineers at various sites and with offshore engineers and managers.  Get involved in project review and progress meetings. Oversee the execution of the projects in terms of quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
