Position Overview:
- Our OpenText Content Suite Consultants perform a wide variety of system administration tasks for the OpenText Content Suite solution.
- This could include installation, configuration, upgrades, development and operational support.
- The right candidate must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and can work from anywhere in the US.

Job Duties Include:
- For OpenText Content Suite and associated modules: Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software-related problems.
- Provides guidance from a design and architecture perspective related to functional and system requirements.
- Manage the OpenText Content Suite/Livelink Infrastructure to include system upgrades.
- Ensures team documentation is accurate and maintained.
- Working with stakeholders, integration, and development teams to improve access to information while maintaining permission controls.
- Providing recommendations on improving the repository based on the business processes and other factors.
- Operate within Microsoft Windows/Linux server systems.
- Be familiar with Oracle and/or SQL scripting.
- Have knowledge of customization of the Content Server.
- Have a good understanding of JavaScript and .Net Framework technologies.
- Have practical experience in BPM, ECM, Document Management, and Taxonomies.
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining users, groups, permissions, security, and system configurations within Content Suite environments.
- Customization using Content Suite Application Programming Interface (LAPI), Web Services, and using the Builder.
- Assist, contribute and coordinate requirements and design discussions with the customer as necessary Deliver the projects within time and budget constraints whilst maintaining a strong eye for detail.
- Experience with OpenText Archive Center, formerly Archive Server.
- Experience with OpenText Content Suite/SAP/Oracle and Salesforce Integration (Extended ECM, or xECM) product suite a Plus.
- Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) a Plus.
- Experience with OpenText Directory Services a Plus.
- Experience with DocuSign eSignature or CLM a Plus.
Required Skills Set and Experience:
- Requires 5 or more years in progressively responsible positions in IT consulting projects.
- Previous experience with the OpenText Content Suite/LiveLink product stack is required.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Must be able to interface internally and externally with the client project team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
