We are seeking a
Full-Time Operations Administrative Assistant for our
Denver, CO terminal! We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, able to multi-task, and has great customer service skills! Our goal is to develop a long-term employees who wants to be successful and have opportunities for advancement.

Shift: Monday-Friday, Noon start time

Pay: $17/hr-$20/hr (depending on experience and skills)
Position Details:
Position Details:
- Create routing stickers for freight as drivers return to the building
- Research and verification of pick-up and delivery information.
- Schedule appointments via phone and/or email.
- Complete data entry assignments as needed.
- Assist in office as needed:
- Provide administrative assistance for general office tasks.
- Assist walk-in customers with their shipping needs.
- Communicate with other personnel to resolve questions, issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organization, math and communication skills.
- Must be able to type proficiently and be familiar with computer systems.
- Must be able give and follow instructions and take directions via radio or phone
