Operations and Financial Agent– Winter Park, FL

Mansion Windows and Doors is the leading window and door dealer in Central Florida and has expanded operations into Tampa and Jacksonville. We are looking to continue our growth at our headquarters in Winter Park by adding an Operations and Financial Agent to our team.

Our Operations and Financial Agent is an extension of our executive team. You will focus on all the details to complete financial tasks and business related needs.

The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule Monday- Friday while supporting our Chief Operations Operator and President. This role is in-person at our Winter Park showroom location, which is open from 8 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities/Skills

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Work well with others and have a positive attitude. Willing to work hard and take instruction from administrators, and owners.
• Data entry, invoicing, checking contracts and updating Salesforce, performing calculations, examining supporting financial documents, and other tasks as assigned
• Communicate directly with COO to complete clerical tasks such as researching solutions, pricing equipment, ordering materials, and other clerical tasks as needed. These tasks are not specific to any one department but becomes priorities once given by the owner.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills for every assigned task.
• Maintain confidential information diligently and securely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and Quickbooks, Google Apps

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience in Quickbooks Online
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning
