The Opportunity

• We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our fast-growing company and assist with facilitating day to day operations and customer support. This role will partner with our customer support team and fulfillment team to facilitate a top-notch customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer service- answer prospective and current customer inquiries, resolve issues reported by customers with orders, shipping etc. Requires product knowledge to answer technical questions, make product suggestions etc.
• Handle customers with care, sincerity, and empathy toward their issues and escalate any that you may need additional resources to resolve.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to assist with fulfilling/processing orders, warehouse duties as needed.
• Manage orders- invoicing customers, create and submit shipping insurance claims.
• Work hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Skills Required

We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy people-person with solid communication skills. Our business is fast-paced with a wide variety of daily activities. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, assertive, and have a high sense of urgency.

• Some college preferred and/or previous work experience in a similar environment.
• Minimum- 1 year customer service experience
• Excellent Customer Service/Communication Skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player – willing to roll up sleeves in and be involved in all aspects of operations as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft words.
• E-commerce experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
