Atlas Search LLC is looking for an Operations Associate to assist with daily operational, administrative and research/sales responsibilities. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the recruiting industry while working under the top performing recruiters in NYC. The position will support the Partners of the firm, Head of Business Development and various recruiters.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Sourcing of candidates through using various job search boards
  • Editing and formatting various candidate resumes
  • Entering candidate and client into applicant tracking system
  • Creating, emailing and tracking fee agreements for clients
  • Answering main office line and directing calls appropriately
  • Ordering and organizing supplies for the office and kitchen
  • Various administrative tasks such as editing documents, ordering business cards, PTO tracking, mail etc.
  • Working on various ad hoc requests

The position requires strong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well with clients and vendors. Above all else work ethic and a positive attitude are the most important attributes that we are looking for as most of the responsibilities in this job will be learned on the job.

Experience desired (not required):

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is plus
  • Experience with Linkedin
  • Strong writing skills

We ideally are looking for an entry-level candidate with the willingness to learn. This position is paid hourly and will be eligible for a discretionary bonus at year-end. Our offices are located in midtown Manhattan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
