A company dedicated to doing background checks and verifying vehicle titles is looking for two Operations coordinators to perform administrative tasks remotely. The individuals need to have the ability to coordinate with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, processing initial entry for test processing including employee maintenance screens, enrollment information, and any adjustments or cancellations.

Will create and maintain Custom and Consortium employee pools for selection processing, tracking, and reporting. This is an external client-facing position, so you need to have the ability to maintain a strong working relationship with multiple clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the onsite collection event
  • Create and maintain all tracking and reporting documents related to the onsite collection.
  • Send reports as needed to the Customer Success Manager related to event status.
  • Submission of billing request

Qualifications and work experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Having Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities is key in this position.
  • Pivot Tables and v-lookups, high volumes of data, spreadsheets
  • High level of detail orientation
  • Microsoft Excel 2007 - Proficient User 90%
  • Typing 41 wpm 94% Accuracy
  • 2 years of experience in a role that coordinates workflow and/or provides end-to-end oversight of a specific process.
  • Ability to work under multiple deadlines while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to accuracy and complete deliverables
  • Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, software manuals, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure instructions.
  • Prior Customer Service experience is necessary, preferably in a call center
