SUMMARY OF THE OPPORTUNITY
An Operations Coordinator at IMC is a critical member of the studio, supporting all departments as they develop projects from conception through execution. This role will work collaboratively across teams ensuring that logistics are successfully documented, communicated and executed. This is a full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Studio-related communications and documentation, including ownership of up-to-date meeting notes, recaps, timelines/schedules on all operational initiatives
  • Studio data and file management (organization), cleaning, versioning and archive
  • Keeping contacts up to date
  • Project data audits
  • Digital file management
  • Creation & development of studio process training materials, including step-by-step guides and training facilitation
  • Westerville-based office logistics management including:
  • General organization of office & warehousing space; regular inventory and stocking
  • Management and maintenance of standardized project/equipment kits
  • Project-based needs such as batch shipping or gifting distribution assistance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Google Sheets/MS Excel Wizard
  • Experience with relational database & project management platforms (experience with Airtable and Asana preferred)
  • Comfortable within a MacOS environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary annual bonus. LOCATION AND TRAVEL

This is a full-time position, based in the Columbus, Ohio area. Occasional travel will be required, including to Studio-wide events.
