The role you’ll contribute:
AdventHealth seeks to fill a full-time Operations Coordinator position for the E-Spiritual Care Center. This is a unique opportunity to work within the E-Spiritual Care Center—a referral-based call center—which functions as a significant source of contact for patient spiritual care and support services. We are looking for a team player to join our staff of enthusiastic, competent, service-oriented personnel who contribute to our reputation as one of the best faith-based health care organizations in the industry.
The Operations Coordinator serves as a direct extension of the E-Spiritual Care Center (E-SCC) Manager specifically in the areas of operations and administration. In partnership with the E-SCC Manager, serves as a first point of contact for team technical issues. Fulfills a number of operational duties, including managing and maintaining departmental calendars, producing operational reports, and auditing patient cases for operational excellence. Serves as a backup to the Data Entry team. Maintains a detailed understanding of the operational processes, regularly providing team members updates. The ideal candidate must have a heart and desire for ministry and love of people. Must have strong organizational skills, as this position is people-oriented, requires a high degree of critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with data and analytics.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Provides operational support to the E-Spiritual Care Center (E-SCC) Operations Manager, Spiritual Caregivers, and Data Entry team.
- Produces, maintains, and creates operational reports including but not limited to daily productivity reports, weekly Five9 reports, and any future necessary reports.
- Regularly provides support to the Data Entry team during times of heightened volume.
- Attends weekly team meetings and provides updates to the team as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Participates in daily Plan of the Day meetings.
- Manages the team calendar and schedules meetings as needed based on direction from the Operations Manager.
- Monitors call and case volumes and caregiver capacity to ensure staffing supply meets volume demands, providing feedback to the Operations Manager for timely strategic decision-making.
- Serves as a first point of contact for technical support for the E-Spiritual Care Center including troubleshooting issues with Five9, Vyne faxing, internet connectivity issues, and computer issues.
- Troubleshoots rejected or unsuccessful faxes and processes them accordingly.
- Audits patient cases in CRM to ensure operational integrity and accuracy.
- Maintains and updates training manuals regularly to ensure training materials are up to date.
- May assist the E-Spiritual Care Center Manager in developing internal marketing and communication resources.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred
- Personal commitment to God
- Personal integrity and an ability to work under stress
- Ability to effectively relate to persons of diverse religious, educational, and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and coordination skills
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite programs and Adobe
- Demonstrated interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills
- Experience processing data and analytics and using metrics to produce reports.
- Demonstrated experience working with and troubleshooting a variety of digital and technological platforms.
- Experience working in and leading projects.
