ITA is seeking an Operations and Cyber Mission Professional Controller to join our team at Nellis AFB in Nevada.

Responsibilities:
Contractor shall provide a qualified workforce in order to prepare training for Operations &
Cyber Mission Professional Controllers. Provide CYBER subject matter expertise to the
805CTS/CAOC-N Scenario Development and Exercise Execution Team at Nellis AFB, NV.
  • Specifically, the candidate will work within a specialized team of experts with numerous external
service and national agencies to train establish tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) relevant
to air operations and air component CYBER capabilities supporting air forces command and
control training and operations.
  • Candidate primary tasks shall be to provide CYBER expertise
and continuity as a key member of the 805CTS/CAOC-N Scenario Development and Exercise
Execution Team.
  • Candidate will also assists in CYBER scenario development to include Master
Scenario Event List (MSEL) development and theater threat presentation (e.g. orders of battle,
threat country tactics, etc.), to enhance exercise realism. Candidate shall assist in the collection,
consolidation and integration of deployed unit training objectives into exercise scenario inputs
for participants within CYBER mission areas.
  • Candidate shall shape, fuse, and influence the
content, form, and format of tailored, timely, accurate and relevant assessments.
  • Candidate shall
coordinate with CYBER participants by briefing and debriefing pre and post VUL.
  • Candidate
shall assist in the development and execution of advanced Tactics, Techniques and Procedures
(TTPs) in control processes of operational warfare CYBER assets in various training events at
CAOC-N.
  • Candidate shall assist with training AOC processes to support incorporation of
CYBER lessons learned from service and joint experimentation, RED FLAGs, VIRTUAL
FLAGs and USAF Weapons School exercises. Position will support planning (Concept
development, Initial Planning, Mid Planning, Final Planning), execution and Lesson
Learned/TTP development for Red Flag events and other COCOM, USAFWC, and 505 CCW
events as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility at a minimum and
eligibility for Special Access Programs.
  • Must have knowledge in coalition and multi-service cyber processes.
  • Must have understanding of cyber operations planning, tasking, execution,
and coordination within and outside the AOC.
  • Preferred graduate of USAF cyber
course.
  • Experience at ACOMS, MDT, CPT, and/or Red Team preferred.
  • Should have as a minimum of 2 years as cyber planner.
  • Minimum of 3 years within AOC’s
COD or CPD.
  • Should have experience coordinating cyber operation activities/effects on
behalf of the AOC.
  • Should have knowledge of AOC exercises and exercise constructs
including Live, Virtual, Constructive and combinations.
  • Should have knowledge of
exercise management and MSEL processes.
