Are you ready to lead a small and growing real estate investment and management company?

You could be the new Rock Properties Operations Director. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this company. The administrative, accounts payable, and accounts receivable staff and regional property managers will report to you. You will be the point of contact for our investors.

We proudly provide our 1,500+ tenants with their most basic need: care-free housing and space for their businesses. We excitedly strive to be the best at what we do in each of our New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina neighborhoods. The returns our investors have consistently been earning since 1995 put us in the major leagues of any real estate enterprise. You meet the following requirements:

• Located within commuting distance of Newark, New Jersey
• Microsoft Office and computer literate
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent credit. Our staff gets first priority to rent any of our apartments, and many of our staff members are also our residents (including the President of the company). As a result, we expect our staff to have excellent credit like our residents.
• A separate/secure workspace at home
