Required skills: Strong Linux or Windows background, prior experience with password vaulting specifically CyberArk or HashiCorp’s vault Minimum of 10+ years of IT experience or 5+ years of IT Experience and a bachelor’s degree in a technically relevant field Strong communication skills, comfortable in customer facing roles, works well collaboratively. Top Responsibilities: · Supports end-to-end Password Vault Management (PVM) for Customer’s infrastructure technology project · Design, configure and implement PVM solution optimized for Customer environment. · Support Customer project responsibilities relating to PVM application software implementations and upgrades. · Partner with Customer project managers and subject matter experts SMEs to create business requirements for PVM technology solutions. · Manages timelines, communicates project status, and has matrix management responsibility · Support CyberArk and Vault by HashiCorp per the established MOPS (methods of procedures) · Responsible for privileged User account administration for various platforms, such as but limited to Windows Active Directory, Linux, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)Participating in a post-release-review to document lessons learned and identify areas of improvement, including but not limited to dark pod swing issues · Follow change management procedures and scheduled change window(s) to complete all system changes according to Company-provided design documents · Integrate various platforms, such as, LDAP providers, Windows, and Linux servers, with CyberArk and Vault by HashiCorp · Design and architect Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution from hardware needs to installation and configuration. · CyberArk connector customization · Interpret enterprise security standards into Company approved vault solution · Create and manage policies and safes · Develop and execute Customer test plans
