Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports strategic development, configuration, and management of HR systems to achieve efficiency/efficacy.
- Partners with HR & Talent Acquisition SMEs to develop HR system roadmap that aligns and supports overall HR and business strategies
- Directly supervises a team of HR Specialists and HRIS analysts for tier 0 – Tier 2 processing within HR Operations that includes “hire to retire” processes
- Manages and oversees the maintenance and accuracy of employee data and reporting with HRIS system (currently Dayforce)
- Manages the case management system (Zendesk) to ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR and payroll inquiries
- Manages the administration processes for the annual benefit open enrollment period
- Analyzes data to drive and support HR strategies
- Presents data and analysis appropriate at all levels of the organization
- Develops a thorough understanding of, and act as a key resource for, all HR systems and related processes.
- Manages data integration with other platforms and vendors
- Manages process design/redesign, system and workflow enhancements, maintenance, support, and training.
- Recommends process and customer service improvements by developing innovative solutions.
- Point of contact for system users; develops/maintains documentation for all processes; manage vendors.
- Implements data integrity audits and design/implement strategy to ensure data integrity.
- Proven track record implementing, operating &/or managing best-in-class HCM platforms.
- Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong client service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve required results.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology/HRIS or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years HRIS experience; 5-7 years preferred. 1-3 years of HR management experience.
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
