We are looking for an experienced, full-time or reduced-time Operations Specialist. Work directly with our amazing staff and customers.
An Operations Specialist is responsible to support various bookkeeping, operations, and customer service functions within the bank. A large portion of these functions are comprised of updating and maintaining the eServices Community Bank offers including but not limited to Retail Online, Business Online, ACH Cash Management and Mobile Deposit. Other duties include assisting with:
- Reviewing and completing maintenance on debit cards including but not limited to new orders, re-orders, expired cards and unused cards.
- Reviewing and processing debit card chargeback submissions and assisting with fraudulent debit card transactions .
- Assist with customer reported Reg E errors
- Serve as a backup for processing incoming and outgoing wire transactions.
- Assisting with employee core system login resets/unlocks.
- Prepare and process the all check adjustments.
- Assist customers with problems or questions concerning their accounts i.e. transaction inquiries, debit card related questions, balance inquiries etc.
- Review Mobile Deposits.
- Process Remote Deposit Capture files.
- Maintenance and review Recurring Transfers and Transfer/Sweeps.
- Process NSF’s, non-posts, and Chargebacks.
