Online Transport is seeking an organized and highly motivated 2nd shift Operations Specialist who is looking for an opportunity for growth within a growing company. As an Operations Specialist, you will have accountability for leading drivers to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers and drivers. Hours: 16:00-01:00 Monday-Friday

• Coordinate and assign equipment and load plans to drivers based on customer needs.
• Develop solutions that maximize driver efficiency and best in class service.
• Communicate with customer regarding pickups, deliveries, issues, and concerns. Develop counter measures to provide best in class service.
• Work on site at customer location to understand supply chain needs.
• Provide safety coaching to Fleet through technology platforms and one on one coaching.
• Manage cost functions to deliver best in class results across Fleet.
• Collaborate with other divisions to provide solutions for customers.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the trucking industry dispatching and/or driver management is required.
• Great attitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good understanding of FMCSR's (Hours of Service and Axle Weight & Spacing).
• Ability to work independently is a must.
• Must be exceptional with driver and customer relations.
• Ability to efficiently use Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
