Job Overview:

This is a salaried position. We are looking for someone that works hard and is experienced to join our staff on first shift. Pay is entirely based on experience. In this role, you will manage the workforce and make sure our team is meeting all customer demands. You will work closely with other teams to discuss the assembly and inspection of commercial vehicle seals.

To be considered for this position, you'll need an Associates Degree and/or have equivalent experience, have at least five years of experience working in manufacturing, have at least five years of engineering or maintenance experience, have at least three years of supervisory experience, and can lift up to 40 pounds.

Other qualifications consist of having strong computer skills, strong communication skills, strong troubleshooting and logic reasoning, and a strong mechanical fundamental and analytical background.

It's not required, but if your experience is in a tool & die or stamping operation, if you have prior forklift experience, and/or can follow all quality requirements following ISO 9001 you'll definitely stand out!

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and developing plans to repair key pieces of equipment, identifying opportunities for preventative maintenance on existing equipment to reduce the time between machine failures, maintaining

catalog of tooling required to assemble one-piece, two-piece, and other custom seals, and more!

Salary info:

$26.44 - $33.65 / hr
