The incumbent will analyze business needs and source, evaluate, recommend selection and lead implementation and maintenance of large and medium size technical solutions. This is a
remote position with occasional travel required to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The incumbent will analyze business needs and source, evaluate, recommend selection and lead implementation and maintenance of large and medium size technical solutions. This position will require travel between business sites.
- Lead the implementation of systems, including new releases and upgrades, direct internal and external work teams, oversee the development and execution of testing, troubleshoot and solve escalated issues, engage internal IT resources as required regarding integration and adherence to internal processes and procedures, ensure compliance to applicable rules and regulations.
- Analyze, document and evaluate business needs in alignment with established goals and objectives, engage internal stakeholders to determine technical solutions, develop business and technical documentation.
- Source, evaluate and recommend technical solutions to achieve business objectives, engage third party vendors, schedule and attend demonstrations, advise management and external parties of operational requirements, limitations and develop modifications accordingly.
Qualifications:
Required Education
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Information Systems or other applicable.
Required Experience
5 or more years Financial services sector with a working understanding of bank technology.
5 or more years Technical systems testing and implementation.
3 or more years regulatory/audit/compliance or equivalent experience.
Preferred Certifications
Project Management Professional.
