JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: ORDER ENTRY/DATA ENTRY LOCATION: LINDON, UT
CLASSIFICATION: HOURLY FULL-TIME REPORTS TO: DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR

- Enter orders manually into company's Accounting system
- Occasionally work with customers to receive form of payment
- Daily Filing
- Import web orders
- Resolve any order issues
- Work with the warehouse, sales team, and customers to make sure orders ship in a timely manner
- Analyze orders to make sure correct product is being entered
- Communicate with Sales Team on order status
Job Requirements:
- MAS 200 experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ten Key experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Recognize and understand product numbers and alpha/numeric codes
- Able to work independently
- Able to perform business math operations (Add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- Team player who works productively with wide range of people
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical ability
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Pass a company administered drug test if required
- Demonstrate ethical standards and integrity
- High School diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years in similar position
- Must be able to use hands on keyboard, sit for long periods of time, lift, reach, and climb stairs
- Stand/walk for duration of work hours
- Lift/carry/maneuver up to 20 pounds
