Job Title: Customer Service Lead
Job Type: Fulltime (30-40 Hours a week)

Major Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Online consumers - Assist end-consumers who have purchases our products via our websites and partner websites.
- Wholesale Customers – Assist retail store customers in product selection, order placement, and order follow up.
- Cross-sell Brite Star’s products and services to consumers. Customer Service reps are expected to utilize product knowledge and cross-sales skills to recognize cross-sell opportunities.
- Utilize product knowledge and cross-sales skills to establish new relationships with potential new customers who call to inquire.
- Support wholesale sales department by answering general office/wholesale customer calls, taking messages and following up.
Order Entry/Execution
· Download, staple and sort daily online orders from our Dotcom Drop ship Customers
· Track orders, respond to Customer emails and follow up where needed
· Reports: generate weekly reports and transfer inventory as needed {Examples of Dotcom Drop ship Customers include: Homedepot.com, target.com, Qvc.com, Hsn.com, Amazon.com, and Walmart.com}
· Enter Wholesale Orders
Office Assistance:
- Be the warm, smiling face that greets our visitors at office front door and on the phones, while consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service.
Major Qualifications:
- Previous customer service role is required, experience working with another consumer product company a plus.
- Ability to cross-sell products and services.
- Well-developed verbal communication and human relations skills.
- Ability to multi task.
- Self-Starters & Highly motivated individuals a plus.
Experience:
- Customer Service : 2 years (Required)
- QuickBooks / Accounts Payable experience a plus
Schedule:
- M-F Peak season (early mornings preferred)
- M-Thursday summer months
Salary:
- $15.00 + /hour depending on experience
