Your Responsibilities

• Full order cycle oversight for Cement business
• Assist in the prioritization and management of international/domestic operations
• Work with Logistics regarding export documentation processes and procedures
• Support the order desk to manage a high volume of order preparation and data entry
• Provide high quality phone and email communication related to client inquiries, pricing, and ordering processing
• Work with operations team and analysts regarding unplanned demand or future demand
• Liaises with Customer Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Shipping
• Work with Inventory control to ensure high accuracy of Cement inventory

What Your Bring

• Previous project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills - professional writing/verbal communication style
• Experience with ERPs a plus
• Planning and Capacity Planning experience a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
