Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you!

About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. - Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! - Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents - Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management - Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

About the school Your service is St Emilies OSHClub, and it has been running successfully for 5+ years with consistent, dedicated staff that know the ins and outs of the day to day, and most importantly have formed lifelong memories with the children and families.
Who are we looking for? We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: - Enjoy working with kids - Strong and clear communication - Team player with a desire to become a service leader - Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children - Australian work rights
