Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

As Director of Marketing at Osteogenics Biomedical, you will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts in the highly technical dental bone grafting field. You will also be working closely with our direct sales and customer service teams to develop direct-to-consumer sales and pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share in the North American market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for planning and coordinating marketing efforts including communicating the marketing plans to those involved and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.
  • Responsible for leadership, direction, and management of the marketing and creative services team, including employees and third-party vendors.
  • Charged with the overall management of Osteogenics Biomedical global distribution network in an effort to increase distributor engagement and grow global market share.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biological sciences, or Marketing/Business.

  • 7+ years marketing experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.

  • Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning, and promotions/advertising.

  • Understanding of key digital marketing frameworks and strategies to increase engagement across variety of digital platforms including social media, website, catalog, and email.

  • Experience in coordinating and planning company conferences, trade shows, and industry-appropriate continuing education events.

  • Advanced degree preferred: Engineering, Marketing, Sciences.
  • Lead and manage a dynamic global distribution network with strategic initiatives designed to increase distributor engagement and grow global market share.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems and issues at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and across parent company and affiliated organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with management and internal and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and resources.
  • Lead and collaborate across departments as a valued team player.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
