Greenhaven Therapy is seeking a unlicensed or fully licensed Mental Heath Professional (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP) for an Independent Contractor position. This position involves conducting diagnostic assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, completing all required documentation in a timely manner, providing outpatient therapy that may or may not include children, adolescents, teenagers, adults and seniors, as well as coordinating client care with other providers. This position also allows for clinicians to work both in-office and via telehealth.

Greenhaven Therapy is currently seeking a full-time clinician that is able to maintain a caseload of 18 clients per week for full-time status. Greenhaven Therapy offers a generous fee split and also offers EHR, billing, clinic marketing and advertising, office space and MN Care Tax. Greenhaven Therapy is also contracted with all of the major insurance plans, such as HealthPartners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Preferred One, Aetna, UCare and Medicaid.

Required Qualifications

- Licensure as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP). Unlicensed therapists will be considered based on relevant experience. Greenhaven Therapy is able to provide free supervision for therapists that are on the LPCC licensure track.

- Ability to work independently in a outpatient treatment setting.

- Strong knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment interventions.

- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in written and verbal formats.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to work with minors and adults.

- Ability to work 1-2 evening times.
