An Outside Sales Representative job in Harrisburg, PA., is available at MI Windows and Doors. You must have three-plus years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry. You will have responsibility for selling MI windows and doors through our dealer network, providing top-notch product expertise, marketing advice, and MI-level customer care, focused on gaining market share and growth opportunities with our dealers, architects, and home builders. The compensation range is between $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 plus commission, depending on experience.

Outside Sales Representative job responsibilities include:

• Aggressively grow business and promote the MI brand within North Puget Sound Territory.
• This position manages accounts and provides customer service to MI Dealers and home builders in their designated market.
• You will be responsible for selling MI products through our dealer channel, promoting revenue growth and business opportunities through providing top-notch product expertise, business counsel and marketing advice, and MI-level customer care to our dealers, architects, and home builders.
• Facilitate product knowledge training for our dealer partners, educating them about our expansive line of window and door products.
• Actively participate in market-specific shows and events to promote MI Products.
• Manage expense accounts for literature, wearables, communications, and travel/entertainment to budgeted levels.
• Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with our internal partners, including Inside Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Credit, and Delivery.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three-plus years’ experience in sales, preferably outside sales.
• We specifically desire experience in the building products/building industry and experience selling through a “Dealer Network.”
• A professional career record of success, achieving market share growth and account development.
• Ability to read blueprints, build, and cultivate strong business relationships, and excellent presentation skills are critical success factors.
• Other relevant or transferrable experience may be considered.
