Hi! We're Tandem, a licensed home care agency that has a very unique approach to the delivery of care. We aren't like traditional home care agencies that serve more as matchmakers between clients and caregivers. At Tandem, caregivers work in small teams to provide task-oriented support to clusters of seniors in the different communities and neighborhoods we serve. Seniors everywhere are falling in love with TandemCARE!

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to establish and support the growth of collaborative relationships with senior living facilities, community organizations and other referral sources that can identify and engage seniors in need of home care support. This role will develop and execute strategic marketing plans which may include community outreach, using consultative sales techniques, providing service presentations and other strategies.

Job Requirements*

• Two plus years of outside sales experience, home care experience preferred.
• Existing relationships with senior living facilities preferred.
• High School Diploma or certificate.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within LA County.

Compensation:* $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience
