We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing company! This person will be responsible for rebuilding our outside sales program and for the overall development, implementation, and progress of strategic business targets. As the team grows, they will also serve as a people manager for the outside sales team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with the organizations long range and strategic plans
• Evaluate future geographic expansion opportunities and measure success of new market entry
• Planning and preparation of business proposals and make recommendations to senior management
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their happiness with our products and services at all times
• Supervise sales trends and product performance results
• Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
• Work with other branch personnel to ensure customer happiness from the order to the delivery and beyond

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years industry related sales experience is required
• A successful associate will be results oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, build relationships and enjoy a team environment
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
• General digital literacy
• Self-Motivator, ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Experience using ERP software
• Experience with Cloudsuite Distribution ERP (preferred)
