Prep Cook/Line Cook
Psomi is an upscale Greek American Bakery and Eatery. We are looking for hard working individuals who want to grow within our company. We are looking for an early morning prep cooks. Hours would be wed- sun 3am-7am. This individual needs to be punctual and able to self manage. Attention to detail is a must. Opportunity for more hours and growth are always available. This is a chef driven concept where quality is everything. Early hours give you the opportunity to have nights free to spend with your family.

Responsibilities include

- being clean and organized! It’s a small kitchen but a very high volume restaurant. Lots of prep and not a lot of space!

- able to do move quick and efficient. Attention to detail is a must!! This is an upscale casual fine dining restaurant! Average price per person ranges from $28-$34!!

- able to do manage moderate amount of heavy lifting (cases of fries, large stock pots, etc)

- responsibilities will include anything from cutting fries, roasting and pulling chicken, making stocks, portioning, following recipes, etc.

Candidates with fine dining experience or culinary schooling will be evaluated for a higher wage. As mentioned, for the right candidate, more hours will be available!

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
