  • You will make an impact on client by working together with other Packaging Associates to put everyone in a position to succeed, achieve organizational goals, and create an engaging environment where everyone effectively works together and is motivated to do their best every day!

What will you do?

  • Our Packaging Associates accurately and efficiently assemble clinical trial products by following our standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with our customer's specifications and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Team members independently perform manual and automated filling and packaging of pharmaceutical products to serve our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • You will need to review production batch paperwork and follow instructions to determine the necessary packaging procedures to complete the requirements for assembly of each clinical study.
  • Accepting or rejecting our clinical supplies is another important aspect of the packaging and labeling process to make sure it meets our acceptability standards.
  • Packaging Associates accurately count out and prepare packaging supplies to ensure accurate inventory prior to and at the completion of each job order.
  • Team members also assist Quality Assurance personnel, Production Supervisors, and Line Leaders in staging and reconciliation of our products.
  • You'll need to clean production rooms and machinery to meet acceptability requirements to ensure the safety and well-being of those receiving our products after each batch.
  • Our Packaging Associates operate packaging machinery such as carton labelers, tamper seal labelers, and our bottle LSI labelers.

How will you get here?

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • The ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and meeting schedules.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, training materials, batch records, and safety and environmental policies.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as well as being organized and detail oriented are important

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 4x10
  • Evening shift

  • Indianapolis, IN 46221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
