Job description

We are seeking Machine Operators with Picker/Packer experience to become an integral part of our team! You will be completing packer tasks as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase efficiency. These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities!!

Responsibilities:

· Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery

· Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment

· Conduct quality inspections on products and parts

· Evaluate efficiency of each unit regularly, identify improvements as needed

· Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications:

* Machine Operator experience

· Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Ability to work well in teams and alone

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 4x12
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alsip, IL 60803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
