The Gilchrist Law Firm, P.A. is looking for a candidate that serves as litigative support responsible for directly and independently supporting the Northern District of Oklahoma by providing a wide variety of technical assistance services. The work requires a specialized knowledge of the processes, procedures, and practices of automated litigative assistance activities in conjunction with a knowledge of clerical and administrative office skills and an ability to apply these skills to increase the effectiveness of the district.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain equipment used for litigation support.
• Put together court documents and evidence for trial preparation as well as help U.S. Attorney’s in court with trial presentation.
• Candidate should have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Preferred experience would also include knowledge of various litigation support software (i.e., Eclipse, Trial Director).

• Possess a basic knowledge of criminal and civil procedures, standard litigation support principles, methods and technology to perform routine and recurring litigation support assignments and identify and resolve technical issues and problems to litigation support customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Operates systems in the courtroom as need.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in Litigation Support and Customer Support.
• Experienced with troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Have experience with Applications such as Adobe, Outlook, McAfee

• various litigation support software such as iPro Eclipse, Trial Director, LAW platform, and Relativity platform
